Alternatively, you can click the AI icon to generate a professional reply using artificial intelligence. The AI analyzes the review content and creates an appropriate response that matches your tone and style.


Instant Publishing

Just by clicking the AI button and then send, your reply will be sent directly to the Google review. The customer sees your response on Google immediately, showing that you're actively engaged with customer feedback.

Replying to Other Platform Reviews


Managing Yelp and Other Platforms

For other platforms such as Yelp, the process is slightly different but still convenient. You can initiate a reply by clicking on the reply button next to any review.


Review Details Popup

This opens a pop-up that displays the complete client review, giving you context for your response. You can see the customer's rating, their comments, and any other details they shared.


Generating AI Responses

By clicking on the AI button, you can generate a reply with specific parameters. For example, you might choose a formal tone with normal length. This flexibility lets you match the response style to the nature of the review.


Customizing the AI Response

Once you click generate, the AI will craft a beautiful reply for you based on the review content and your chosen parameters. You can review the suggested response and make any edits you feel are necessary.


Copying to Platform

Simply copy the generated reply, and then click on the reply button which will open the platform review page (like Yelp) in a new tab. If you are logged in with your business account on that platform, you can easily paste the reply into the reply box under the review.


Maintaining Consistency

This process allows you to maintain consistent, professional responses across all review platforms while saving time on crafting individual replies for each one.
