In 2013, my son qualified for the Junior Olympics in North Carolina. Flying wasn’t in the
budget, so we drove from California—three days across the country.
During that trip, we used Google for almost everything. And nearly every decision we made

We weren’t guessing. We were choosing based on what others experienced.
At the same time, I was working for one of the largest healthcare insurance companies in
the world. Patients would call in frustrated because they couldn’t find a provider they
trusted.
