Understand customer feedback with AI-powered insights

7.1

Your Home Dashboard

Welcome to Your Home Section

This is your dashboard, where you can check out your most important metrics and gain valuable insights into your business performance. It's designed to give you a complete overview of your online reputation at a glance.

Understanding Sentiment Analysis

One of the most powerful features is the sentiment analysis based on the text from the reviews and private feedback you've received. This AI-powered analysis reads through your customer feedback and identifies patterns, themes, and areas of concern or excellence.

Your Next Rating Goal

Tracking Your Progress

Right at the top of your dashboard, you'll find your next goal, which is to improve your average rating. This isn't just a random number - it's a calculated target based on your current performance across all platforms.

How Average Rating Works

This average takes into account all the star ratings from your integrated platforms. For instance, if you have platforms like Google, Yelp, and TripAdvisor integrated, the system calculates an overall average across all of them.

Setting Realistic Targets

Let's say your current average rating stands at 4.7, with a target to bump it up to 4.8. The dashboard shows you exactly how many five-star reviews you'll need to hit that target. This makes your goal concrete and achievable rather than abstract.

Why This Matters

Having a clear target helps you focus your review collection efforts. You know exactly how many positive reviews you need to reach the next level in your online reputation.

Key Metrics Overview

Total Reviews Across All Platforms

You can view the total number of reviews from all your integrated platforms in one place. This gives you a sense of your overall review volume and how much feedback you're collecting.

Average Rating Display

The average rating metric shows your combined rating across all platforms, giving you a quick snapshot of your overall online reputation health.

Private Feedback Tracking

You'll also see the number of private feedback submissions you've received. These are the customers who rated you lower and chose to share concerns privately rather than publicly. This is valuable data that helps you improve.

Monthly Performance

The dashboard allows you to review your performance for the current month and observe the new results rolling in monthly. This helps you track trends and see if your efforts are paying off.

Individual Platform Goals

Specific Goals for Each Platform

There are also specific goals for each platform you have integrated. This granular view helps you understand where you're strong and where you need more focus.

Platform Performance Breakdown

For example, on Yelp, you might see that you have 1,680 reviews with a rating of 4.5. The system then calculates that to reach a 4.6 rating on Yelp specifically, you need 425 more five-star reviews.

Strategic Platform Focus

This breakdown is incredibly useful because some platforms might be more important for your business than others. You can prioritize your review collection efforts on the platforms that matter most to your target customers.

Tracking Individual Platform Progress

As you collect new reviews, you can watch each platform's metrics improve independently, giving you a clear picture of where your reputation management efforts are having the most impact.

Ranking & Competitors

Keyword & Search Area

These parameters define how your visibility on Google Maps is analyzed. The keyword represents the search term used by potential customers, while the map radius determines the geographic area where your ranking is measured.

You can also configure report settings, the keyword and map radius used to analyze your Google Maps ranking, via the settings button. These settings will be used to generate next month's report, defining the search term to track and the geographic area used to identify competitors and measure your visibility.

Local Rank Tracker

The map shows your ranking position on Google when people search from your address (the center point) and from other nearby addresses. You can change the radius to see results from locations closer to or farther away from your address. This helps you understand your visibility across different areas.

Competitor Analysis

This chart compares your reviews and rating with nearby competitors. Businesses in the top-right have more reviews, higher ratings, and better visibility for your primary keyword. Click on the dots to see each business and understand where you stand in the competitive landscape.

Review Score Ranking

Here you can see your business and your competitors ranked by Review Score, a value from 0 to 10 based on the number of reviews and the average rating. This score provides a standardized way to compare your online reputation against your competition.

Google Performance

Last 30 Days Analytics

The Google Performance section provides key metrics about how your Google Business Profile is performing over the last 30 days. These insights help you understand your online visibility and customer engagement.

Search Impressions

This shows the number of times your business profile was viewed on Google Search across all devices. A higher number means more potential customers are discovering your business through search results.

Maps Impressions

This displays the number of times your business profile was viewed on Google Maps across all devices. Maps impressions are especially important for local businesses, as they indicate how often people find you when searching for nearby services.

Website Clicks

This tracks the number of times users clicked the website link on your Google Business Profile to visit your business site. This metric directly measures how effectively your profile drives traffic to your website.

Direction Requests

This shows the number of times users requested directions to your business from your Google Business Profile. A high number of direction requests indicates strong purchase intent, as customers are actively planning to visit your location.

Call Clicks

This displays the number of times users clicked the call button on your Google Business Profile to initiate a phone call. Call clicks are a direct indicator of customer engagement and interest in your services.

Monthly Keywords

You can also view the keywords that customers are using to find your business each month. This helps you understand what search terms drive the most visibility and allows you to optimize your profile and marketing efforts accordingly.

AI Sentiment Analysis

Understanding What Customers Really Think

The sentiment analysis section is where AI truly shines in helping you understand your customer feedback at a deeper level. It goes beyond just star ratings to analyze the actual words and themes in your reviews.

Summary of Latest Reviews

The analysis starts with a summary of your latest reviews. The AI reads through your most recent feedback and provides an overview of the general sentiment - whether customers are happy, what they're praising, and what concerns they're raising.

What's Going Well

Next, you'll see insights into what's going well in your business. The AI identifies common positive themes across your reviews. Maybe customers consistently praise your customer service, product quality, or fast delivery. These are your strengths that you should continue to emphasize.

Areas Needing Improvement

Equally important, the analysis reveals areas that need improvement. The AI spots patterns in negative feedback or constructive criticism. Perhaps multiple customers mention long wait times or limited parking. These insights help you prioritize operational improvements.

Actionable Recommendations

Lastly, the sentiment analysis provides an action plan outlining what changes need to be made to enhance customer satisfaction. These aren't vague suggestions - they're specific recommendations based on actual customer feedback patterns.

Monthly Data Refresh

Keep in mind, these data points are refreshed every month, drawing from the text of the new reviews you receive. This ensures your insights stay current and relevant to your ongoing business operations.
