Two Types of AI Agents

Right now, we offer two types of AI agents: the SEO Agent and the Social Agent. Each one serves a specific purpose in automating different aspects of your reputation management.

Set It and Forget It

Once configured, these AI agents work continuously without requiring your attention. They respond to reviews, share content, and maintain your online presence automatically according to the rules you set up.

Never Miss a Review Response

By enabling the SEO Agent with the activation button, every time you receive a Google review, the AI agent will automatically respond. This means you won't need to log into the platform or Google to reply to every review manually.

Customizing Your SEO Agent

You just enable the AI agent and choose the tone for the reply. Options include formal, informal, professional, friendly, and several other tones. This ensures the responses match your brand voice and the nature of your business.

Additional Settings

You also decide on the length of the reply - whether you want brief acknowledgments or more detailed responses. You can set the language for responses to match your customer base.

Rating Threshold Control

Perhaps most importantly, you set the rating threshold. For instance, you might want to automatically respond only to four and five-star reviews, handling the lower-rated reviews manually where you can craft more thoughtful, personalized responses to address specific concerns.

Additional Instructions

You can add additional instructions to the AI agent that will be incorporated into the default prompt. This allows you to fine-tune how the agent responds by providing specific guidance, preferred phrases, or particular points to mention in replies. The additional instructions field supports up to 500 characters.

Keywords

The SEO Agent uses keywords that you add to optimize your review responses for search engine visibility. When replying to reviews, the agent naturally incorporates these keywords into the responses, helping improve your local SEO ranking for those terms.

Activation and Benefits

After making your selections, you click Save, and the AI agent is activated. From that moment forward, qualifying reviews receive automatic responses that are professional, timely, and personalized based on the review content.

Reply to Past Reviews

Requires the SEO Agent to be enabled. AI Agent will automatically reply to all past reviews without a response. Disabling the SEO Agent will stop the process. AI Agent replies to a maximum of 5 reviews per day to comply with Google's safe rate limits. You can monitor progress below.

To activate it, you should click on the Start button. To disable it, you should click on the Stop button.

We strongly recommend enabling this AI agent to ensure all Google reviews receive a professional reply. Google considers response rate and response time as ranking factors. A high reply score boosts your visibility in local search results, helping more potential customers find your business.

Automated Social Media Content

With the Social Agent, you automate the process of sharing positive reviews to your social media platforms. This keeps your social feeds active with authentic customer testimonials without any manual work.

Configuring the Social Agent

You pick the tone and length of the caption that will accompany shared reviews. Then you set the frequency - how often you want reviews to be automatically shared. You might decide that every seven days, the Social Agent will select one of the reviews you've received and post it to your social media platforms.

Platform Selection

You'll connect your platforms during setup and choose where these posts will appear. You can select Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, or any combination of your integrated social channels.

Smart Review Selection

The AI doesn't just pick random reviews. You can set a threshold, such as choosing to share only five-star reviews. The AI then intelligently selects the most compelling testimonials from your five-star reviews to share.

Caption Customization

You choose the caption language to match your audience. The AI generates appropriate captions that highlight the review content while maintaining your brand voice.

Activation Process

Once you hit Save, the automation begins. Every seven days (or whatever frequency you set), the AI agent will automatically select a five-star review and share it on your Facebook, Instagram, and Google pages without any action required from you.

Enabling the Social Agent weekly keeps your social media filled with valuable content. Doing this regularly fills your social media with social proof content, effectively turning your followers into paying clients.
